Frequently asked questions

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! Please chose your country at checkout. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us so we can organize it for you.

How much does shipping cost?

When you chose your country at checkout, the shipping cost will be added. I ship worldwide, so it's different for each country.

How long does shipping take?

I typically need around 3-4 weeks to send an original painting out. Once it's shipped, the delivery time will depend on your location. Prints will begin shipping according to the schedule listed on the product page. You'll receive an email notification with a tracking number, which will provide an estimated delivery date. If you're located outside of Czech Republic, please allow up to 5 weeks for arrival..

What does rolled up delivery mean?

If you chose "rolled up delivery", instead of the "with frame delivery" option, I will carefully detach the canvas from its frame and roll it together. This significantly reduces the delivery cost. You'd have to frame the canvas yourself at home or get it done professionally at a local framing shop.

Do you accept returns?

Yes. We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return at abiartgalerie@gmail.com The shipping fees are paid by the customer.

My country is not listed, what can I do?

If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us so we can organize it for you.

Do you sell prints of your paintings?

Prints become available whenever I finish a new painting. As soon as a piece is complete, I announce the release of its prints via email and on social media. Each print release is limited, both in quantity and in time. Prints are only available for a short period before they are taken down again, making each edition special and collectible. If you’d like to stay informed about upcoming print releases, I recommend keeping an eye on my emails and social channels.

Do I need to pay import fees and taxes?

If you are ordering from outside the EU, your country may charge import duties, customs tariffs, or local taxes when your package arrives. These rules vary by country, so we recommend checking your local customs regulations for the most accurate information. For customers in the USA, a portion of the import duties (tariffs) may already be calculated and paid directly at checkout, depending on the selected shipping method or carrier. This helps reduce or fully cover the customs fees upon delivery. Please note that all import duties and taxes are determined by your country’s customs authorities and are not within my control. Any remaining fees, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.
