If you're after shipping fees, please add the item to cart and head to checkout, as shipping fees vary depending on the item selected. You will see the shipping cost without needing to make a payment.

We take great care in packaging and shipping your artwork to ensure it arrives safely and in perfect condition.
Processing Time
All print orders are made to order and require up to 3 weeks for dispatch (however, majority of the orders are dispatched within a few days).
Please allow up to 4 weeks for dispatch of originals. This timeframe allows us to ensure the highest quality and care in packaging your artwork.
Shipping Methods & Insurance
We ship worldwide using trusted carriers to ensure safe and timely delivery. All shipments are fully insured, providing peace of mind in the rare event of loss or damage during transit. Originals are shipped with DHL Express.
Artwork Formats & Shipping Details
Stretched Canvases: Shipped securely with corners protected to prevent damage.
Rolled Canvases: A more affordable shipping option, packaged securely for safe transport.
Fine Art Prints: Shipped flat or in a tube, depending on the size, to maintain quality and prevent creases.
Delivery Timeframes
Delivery times vary based on your location:
Domestic Orders (Within Australia): Typically arrive within 2 weeks after dispatch.
International Orders: For your convenience, print orders are fulfilled in New York, London, Germany or Australia. Shipping may take 1 to 10 weeks, depending on your location, customs processing and local delivery services.
Customs & Duties
For international orders, customs fees, import duties, and taxes may apply based on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer. Please note that US tariff rates are subject to frequent changes and updates by the US government, and any applicable tariffs or duties remain the buyer's responsibility regardless of when these changes occur. We recommend checking with your local customs office for current rates and more information.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information to monitor your shipment’s progress.
Damages & Issues
If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at abiartgalerie@gmail.com with photos of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, in most cases we will replace your item at no extra cost to you. Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns at this stage as all prints are made to order.
