Returns & Refund Policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, you can send the product back to us. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:
Custom or personalized products
Perishable goods or products with expired shelf life
Items that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons once opened or unsealed
Items that have been inseparably mixed with other products after delivery
Unfortunately, we also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you currently have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund was approved or not.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at abiartgalerie@gmail.com.
Return Shipping
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. We recommend using an insured and trackable shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost during return shipping.
Refunds cannot be issued without actual receipt of the returned goods or proof of return delivery.
